Account deletion
You can permanently delete your LabMemo account and the data associated with it. Choose the option that fits your situation below.
Delete in the app
If you still have access to your LabMemo account, sign in and delete your account from Settings. This is the fastest way to start permanent deletion.
- Open LabMemo and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, cannot sign in, or prefer not to use the in-app flow, you can request account deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall LabMemo.
Send a message to labmemo.app@gmail.com with the subject line “LabMemo account deletion request” and include the email address linked to your account. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing the request.
